Angie is a sophomore at Brown University pursuing a degree in Computer Science. She plays on the Brown Women's Squash team. Angie is passionate about environmental justice and is interested in pursuing an impact-focused career. Before college, Angie attended Deerfield Academy where she led the Student Council, The Deerfield Morale Volunteers (a prestigious kazoo orchestra), and the Wrestling team where she was the first girl at her school to win a New England Championship and place at Prep Nationals. Angie was born in NYC and lived her early years in Cape Coast, Ghana before moving back to New York. Outside of school, Angie enjoys music, reading, and watching television and movies. Her favorite musicians are Frank Ocean, Childish Gambino, and Amy Winehouse. Her favorite book is James McBride's 'Deacon King Kong', and her favorite movie is "Moonrise Kingdom".
