PRO TIP:

When evaluating whether a mentor would be a good match for your student keep in mind that the greatest leading indicator of success is how well a mentor and their mentee get along.

Questions to ask yourself:

  • Would the student find this person inspiring?
  • Do they share any interests, hobbies, or lived experiences?

Nathan H. (IN A NUTSHELL)

Nathan is pursuing a degree at the University of Southern California in Astronautical Engineering, while simultaneously finishing a Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis in propulsion. He is also involved with the Viterbi School of Engineering Freshman Academy where upperclassmen teach incoming freshman how to succeed in college and get all they can out of it. In his free times, he plays video games with his friends, spends time with his girlfriend, reading fantasy, and goes rock climbing at the local gyms.
