Tran L. (IN A NUTSHELL)

Tran is a current junior at Stanford University studying computer science with a focus in artificial intelligence. She graduated in the top 1% of her school in the Bay Area. At Stanford, she has built multiple start-ups in the education and social media space. She is also on the executive board of Stanford Women in Computer Science. Tran has been private tutoring K-12 30+ students over the past 5 years who have all excelled in academics and extracurriculars. She has also interned at big technology companies, published research with Stanford professors, and taught her own Stanford seminar. In her free time, Tran loves to participate in dance shows, go hiking, and build new apps. By being a mentor, Tran hopes to help students excel academically and inspire students to find their passions through innovative projects.
